Richard A. Pozniak is a nationally recognized public relations and marketing leader with four
decades of executive leadership and management experience for top-brand healthcare
organizations, colleges, professional associations and corporate and nonprofit consulting
clients.
He held senior-level positions with Hallmark Health Corporation, South Shore
Hospital, Massachusetts Hospital Association, Babson College, the international Infusion
Nurses Society and Emerson College. He also was a public relations account supervisor for
corporate and nonprofit accounts at Chalfin, Kostopoulos and Gilmore, a Boston advertising
and marketing consultancy.
Mr. Pozniak’s professional practice areas include public relations, strategic and
organizational communications and marketing, media relations, risk and crisis
communications, and multi-platform product, service-line and brand advertising. After
passing a series of rigorous and comprehensive examinations, Mr. Pozniak achieved the title of
Accredited Public Relations Professional by the Public Relations Society of America.
A resident of Billerica, Massachusetts, he received his Bachelor’s degree in business and
organizational communications from Emerson College and holds executive leadership certificates in marketing and public relations from New York University and the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Pozniak has taught public relations and marketing at Northeastern University, the Graduate School at Regis College, Merrimack College and Middlesex Community College.
Mr. Pozniak is the recipient of prestigious state, national and international awards for his successful and cutting-edge public relations, advertising, social media and marketing campaigns, several of which were featured as case studies in professional communications magazines and
journals.
Mr. Pozniak serves of counsel with Trident Communications Group as a senior specialist in
strategic public relations, communications and marketing. He and TCG Principal Counsel Raymond J. Mitchell have been colleagues and friends for more than four decades.
