TCG welcomes your inquiry and the opportunity to discuss your organization’s advancement goals and how we might work with you to help in the attainment of those goals. Our team-oriented, exploratory approach to working with clients and to initial evaluation of their advancement programs is comprehensive. We are eager to spend time with the people of your organization to determine its strengths and challenges and to review its strategic plans and advancement objectives for the long and short terms.

To begin that process, we are pleased to provide your organization with a preliminary assessment of its current advancement status and needs with no fee or other contractual obligation. Our evaluation protocol will include an initial group meeting and a critical look at all aspects of your organization’s advancement resources, strategies, initiatives, history and outcomes. We highly recommend that your governing board, senior management and leading volunteers participate in the preliminary assessment process.

The assessment session may be conducted as an extended conference call, a digital (Zoom, etc.) discussion, or a face-to-face meeting with your core leadership group. Such a consultation can be used for a preliminary, general evaluation and exploration of your advancement status and needs and the potential development of overall strategies and tactics, or for discussion of an approach to a specific goal, project or campaign.
