TCG is an independent counseling and consulting firm providing a full range of organizational advancement services to nonprofit organizations. We specialize in fully integrated fundraising and donor relations, governance management, public relations, marketing communications, special events and related advancement services designed to increase awareness and understanding by constituents and the larger community, while maximizing financial returns from the organization’s constituency development and philanthropy initiatives.

We also are equipped to work with traditional businesses in the advancement of their strategic interests. We provide services that are carefully tailored to address issues of branding, market position and market share, while increasing that share through more effective marketing strategies and communication/promotion techniques.

TCG is a consortium of highly skilled and experienced professionals who represent a broad spectrum of primary and secondary specialties within the various advancement disciplines. We take an integrated, team approach to fundraising and donor relations, nonprofit governing board management, public relations, marketing strategy and communications, and the management and production of special events for fundraising, marketing or promotional purposes. We view the organizational advancement process as a continuum in which all of these disciplines — with communication at their very cores — intersect and interact in the organization’s pursuit of a productive, successful relationship with its constituencies.

Since we are not simply an affiliate of a larger fundraising counseling firm or public relations agency, our expertise can be tightly focused on the advancement needs of any organization.
